DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
- From Highway 914, turn onto Route 769 (Rush Branch Road)
- Drive approximately 2 miles
- Look for a cream-colored home with black shutters and four-board plank fencing — just past this home, you'll see the 'Morning Sun Farm' sign on the left
- Once you see the sign, look to your right. The driveway is directly across from the farm

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:30 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which is next to the front door. The code is 9534
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

- The pool is located across the street at the main farm
- Guests are advised to keep a safe distance from the livestock fencing. While the farm animals on the property are friendly, an electric fence is in place at all times to prevent escapes. The fence is active and will deliver a non-dangerous but startling shock if touched or approached too closely. For safety, especially for children, guests should avoid any contact with the fencing

POOL RULES:
- No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk
- No glass containers or alcoholic beverages in the pool area.
- No pets in the pool area; even a single paw swipe can damage the liner, potentially causing the pool to collapse, which could be extremely dangerous
- Proper swim attire is required
- No running, diving, or horseplay on the pool deck
- Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult and wear a life jacket at all times (life jackets are available in the Rubbermaid storage bin on the pool deck)
- Bath towels, beach towels, and basic amenities are provided for your convenience.

- 6 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- 2 additional vehicles can be parked in the garage
