Check in was so easy, we pulled up to the address and found the most beautiful little horse ranch and home. Located a few miles outside of town but really enjoyed the 15 minute drive into town each day. The landscape is absolutely stunning. Quiet, Beautiful tree covered rolling hills and green grass pastures and big black barns on every other hill. Just a few places we visited while there, The Ark Exhibit, old friends retired thoroughbred horse farm, George Town, Distillery 30, Boone County Distillery, Churchilldowns, Kentucky derby museum, Mega Caverns tour, Creation Museum. We ate at a few really good restaurants including Rafferty’s steak House and an incredible Mexican food restaurant called El Molcajete just across the street from ChurchillDowns in Louisville. We bought a few groceries and made breakfast everyday and one day stayed home and grilled steaks on the BBQ. Enjoyed watching and petting the horses and sitting on the porch watching the fireflies at night. House was very clean and had most everything you would need to cook, BBQ and prepare your own meals. Also equipped with washer and dryer for doing your own laundry. We enjoyed sitting in recliners at the end of each day and talking about our day and watching TV. The bed was also so comfortable. Overall we had a great stay, if you’ve never experienced Kentucky before try it out. Can’t beat its natural beauty and history. Known for its race horses, bourbon whiskey and blue grass music. Plenty to see and do! We definitely we be coming back!

We never got a confirmation email and did not know how to locate the property so we were never able to make it even though I was charged for it.
