3/5 There is nothing really great about the house but nothing really wrong either. The price was right as is the location to trails we wanted to hike. The house looks better in the pictures than in reality. More toilet paper would have been nice as more than 1 towel per person as we had to wash them. Overall the house was clean enough and served it's purpose. The local chicken/rooster family was nice to see in the yard. Don't forget to lift up on the screen entry door as it drags on the tresh hold.

5/5 The place was just what we had hoped for. Spacious, comfortable, and right in the heart of red river gorge activities. If you’re coming down with a group to climb or just explore the area, this is a great choice

4/5 The home has some renovations that have been done but still needs a bit of updating. Kitchen cabinets are original and could stand a refresh. Beds were comfortable but we noticed that there weren't any extra blankets. Some of the guests were cold so that was an issue. The other thing I would say is that they need to provide more towels and pillows. The roosters and turkeys were fun to watch. Loved the deck and the hot tub.

5/5 It was great, everyone has fun, it was close to everything we had to do. Loved the binder for spots when we needed to go somewhere and didn’t know how far away it was.
