The property is nice, well maintained and clean. The instructions were clear and communication with the owners was great! We really enjoyed the extra amenities not listed such as hand soap in all of the bathrooms, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towel roll, dishwasher detergent, two TP rolls per bathroom, firewood, and charcoal, in addition to everything else they provided.
You may want to bring: extra TP, tissues, storage container/ bags, napkins, and extra blankets. They did have some thin ones which worked fine. Also, if you plan on preparing a lot of meals bring bring a good kitchen knife, the ones there are pretty dull.
The location was great and close to some of our favorite activities: Red River Gorge Zipline, The gorge Underground, Mill Creek Lake, and Natural Bridge Arch Trail. Some popular restaurants we enjoyed: Red River Rockhouse, Miguel's Pizza, and the Brick at Red River Gorge for icecream.
