  Our host was easy to communicate with and the house was perfect for a visit with our soldier. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving meal away from home. Living room was perfect for relaxing and watching football.

  I have been dealing with and booking through VRBO for a few years and this was the worst experience my husband and I have ever had. First off it took around an hour for the host to respond to repeated texts I sent her and when I tried calling her number her mailbox was full so I couldn't even leave a message. After we finally got into the house I was immediately charged 40 dollars from VRBO because apparently I wasn't dealing with them directly. Unaware to me the house I thought I was renting through VRBO was actually a third party the host had hired to rent out her properties,and that person was the only one that answered the questions I had about the rental agreement and the only one to answer the phone. When the actual host finally called me back she had a very snotty attitude and tone in her voice and wasn't much help at all. The house was very cute and had a lot of cute decorations but the fact that the house, which is a two story only had a propane gas heater on the first floor wall between the living room and master bedroom was NOT listed in the advertisement of the house.The front door which is wooden didn't have any seals around the frame and we could see light around the whole door and felt the cold air coming in around the gaps,And there were bugs all over the place. This house might be alright during the spring/summer months there was window air conditioners in both bedrooms but not sure how that would keep the entire house cool. Worst rental ever!!

  From the owner: “Thank you for your feedback. The listing notes the home uses gas heat along with air conditioning units, and additional heaters are available in the closets for colder days. Temperatures were mild before your arrival, but the gas heat is effective in keeping the home warm when needed. Pest control services visit the property monthly, and I would have been glad to address any concerns during your stay if notified. I appreciate your comments and will continue to review the home to ensure a comfortable experience for future guests.”
