Sometimes you just get disappointed
1/5 Upon arrival there was a strong sewer smell in the house. We noticed several wasps that had accumulated around the entry. Broken windows or glass was noticed and bugs were found in the bed. The water in the toilet was brown so we ran the water for a while to try to clear it up. The water in all faucets had an older as well. We contacted home away to see if they had a different place for us to stay they indicated they did not. The first night we pulled the cover back on the bed and there were bugs. So we slept in the chairs. The next day we moved to a motel and stayed there. HomeAway credited my account back some of the total amount. So My family had to incur the loss of the remaining money to stay in a place that was not fit to stay in. I won't use them again
