We really enjoyed the cozy comfortable feeling of this family lake cabin. Such a peaceful place to unwind on a fall weekend. The place has a fully equipped kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and the screened in porch was the perfect place to curl up with a book. One morning a saw a pair of Eagles…

We hoped for a short fishing trip, but the blistering hot weather made that impossible, so we enjoyed the cabin and the property even more! We will definitely consider returning for a future trip.

We always have the best time coming to the cabin in New Concord, KY. We love the proximity to the water and the kayaks always make a nice addition to our stay. The overall feel of the cabin is one of coziness and it reminds me of staying at your grandparents' place. The beds are super cozy, and our children love the bunk beds. We love to read outside on the porch and relax by the fire on and off during the stay. Bucky is a great owner, and he is always around if something is needed. We love the story of the cabin and its history.
We will be back!
