  host are very friendly and helpful, great quiet location plenty of room and outdoor area, our dog loved the free open spaces and got along with the host dogs.

• Home away from home

  When you're partaking on an adventure with friends from across the country, it's important to know you have a safe and comfortable place waiting for you at night. Let's face it, no one wants to come 'home' after walking 6 miles on an amazing ghost tour in Louisville to a clinical feeling atmosphere and an uncomfortable bed. However, coming 'home' to a pool you don't have to share with other guests after hiking 4 miles in Mammoth Caves, is another story. You won't find a better rental in the area. The owners made us feel beyond welcome and cared for. We loved the property's beauty and remoteness. The value of renting 'The Hill' versus a hotel is unfathomable. We will be booking here again when our roaming brings us back to Kentucky!

• Beautiful farm, sweet host family, our kids loved playing with their kids and our dog had a blast!

  We are a large family with 6 kids and we also brought our 60 lbs puppy dog along for her first trip away from home. We have a small farm in Ocala so we figured from the description, we'd probably feel at home. And yes! We were all very comfortable and when we weren't hiking or at Mammoth Cave, we enjoyed playing basketball with their kids and they also have a fun playset over the creek the little ones loved. We asked if they would let our puppy out some while we were at Mammoth Cave. They played with her and took great care of her. Tracy and her family made sure our stay was perfect! We look forward to coming back to visit on our next trip to the area.

• A nice trip

  We enjoyed our stay here. The host family all were very nice, helpful, and let us do our own thing. The property is beautiful and my kids loved seeing all the animals and spending time in the pool. The main issue I had was a lack of a way to secure our portion of the house with a lock. The family there was nice but they are still strangers and i would sleep better knowing they could not just walk in at night if they chose to. I also was disappointed the tv was not smart so the only tv option was dish.

• Vacation

  We were a party of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids). We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the horses and dogs. There was so much for them to do. It was wonderful to see them unplug and enjoy their time here. Tracy and her family were so welcoming. Their property is beautiful and peaceful. It was one of the best stocked vacation rentals we have stayed at. Tracy has really thought of everything you might need and more. We would highly recommend to anyone.
