  We loved this property. This was an adult only trip. The location was perfect. It was off the beaten path, yet 15-20 min from downtown. Very serene. The house was spotless and cozy - however, we all had our own space. The hot tub was wonderful. It was in the low double digits our whole stay, but we managed to use the hot tub 2 our of our 3 nights. The kitchen was well stocked which allowed us to cook anything we needed. We made a few dinners and all breakfasts at the house. The water cooler was a great amenity. We made sure to fill up before we headed out for the day. I highly recommend this house for adults who are looking for a relaxing, low key getaway. The host was communicative and the requirements before check out were minimal - which was nice. 3br, 2 bath. 1 floor. Outdoor parking. Fireplace. 1 small tv in the living room (no other tvs on the property). Outside there is a hot tub and a fire pit and hammock. As it was cold out, we only utilized the hot tub, but the back yard area is very inviting. I had rec'd a wine glass as a gift while I was there and it accidentally got put in the dishwasher and I left it. When I realized what had happened, the host was amazing and quickly responded that she would mail it to me. I got it about a week later. I was so appreciative! That was above and beyond.

  We attended Bourbon and Beyond and it was an easy travels there and back for all four days.

  We loved the decorations and appreciate the cleanliness and care of the home.

  If we are in the area, your place tops the list! Thank you for being dog friendly!!!

• Perfect getaway

  My wife and I had a great time staying here for Mother’s Day weekend. The stay was close to perfect!! The house was super clean and we had everything we needed. The host was absolutely amazing and took care of all the details. Even when we had a rough ride into town which caused us to be late. The hosts has even thought to offer us a small grocery run so we would have time to rest alittle before the funeral.
