Clean and cozy
3/5 The place was clean and cozy, just would have preferred to know the house rules prior to booking. My husband and I came down for the dog show and planned to have dinner and drinks. The home owner lives underneath the rental and asks for quiet time 9pm - 9 am which left us tip toeing in around 11pm trying to use soft voices.

We're glad you found the home clean and cozy. However, we're disappointed that other aspects fell short of expectations. We want to clarify that the listing does mention the presence of another tenant on site, and the expectation is more about mutual respect and consideration rather than absolute silence. Quiet hours are primarily aimed at minimizing disruptive activities like loud music, roughhousing, or excessive noise in common areas.
