Perfect location to visit all the downtown Louisville attractions
5/5 My group of friends stayed here for our annual bourbon trip and found the house clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to Frankford Ave. restaurants and is quick ride to downtown. Communication with our host was great!

Rabbit Convention
5/5 Our group traveled to Louisville for the ARBA Convention. The drive to the expo center where the rabbits were cooped was about 12-20 minutes depending on traffic and time of day, so not bad at all. The beds and linens were all super comfy, as was the sofa and it was spacious enough for everyone. We had 8 adults in our group and even got to have entire meals together since the kitchen table was also spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was clean throughout. Our only issue was that the coffee pot was not used properly by a previous guest and had grounds all throughout the inside. Property management was quick to respond and apologized and we just went to the local target and bought a Keurig that we took back home with us. The parking was a bit tight at times, but was to be expected based on the listing. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

21st Birthday Celebration
5/5 This property is in the best location. There are restaurants and a great bar within a block. We enjoyed the Tin Roof which was a short 5 minute drive. We had 9 adults with plenty of room.

Perfect location & accommodations
5/5 Our family was in town for a wedding. The location of this home was ideal for eateries, local shops, and short trips downtown. The house it self, was more than accommodating for a family of 7. It was clean & provided all the amenities we needed.
