  Hubby is a collector of bourbon so we had to visit Louisville. This space was perfect for us. Nice quiet neighborhood and very friendly area with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Chris and Sarah were so welcoming and helpful. From Sarah waving us in to helping unload our luggage there was an instant click. The occasional text to check in to make sure we were ok and offering to let our dog out while we were away.

  The apartment was nice and clean with everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend this cozy chateau for couples or small family.

  Thanks Sarah & Chris! We are already planning our next trip. See you guys soon.

• All we hoped for — and more!

  From her first text to her warm welcome at the garage door, carrying up our bags, and a text to wish us safe travels, Sarah was a marvelous host. She knows her quirky neighborhood and Louisville very well. Everything in the apartment was as clean as could be! The shower and bathroom were spacious.

  We enjoyed the music-themed art and wonderful assortment of books about Kentucky. It was all cozy, comfortable, and so much better than a hotel — we had stayed at a downtown Hilton our first night in Louisville before starting our Kentucky adventures, nice but busy and blah.

  We drank our morning coffee at the table on the balcony and I even stargazed out there in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep. It's a surprisingly quiet neighborhood despite shops and restaurants. We were glad to be able to walk to dinner.

  Communications from Evolve and all instructions were excellent.

  We feel very lucky to have found this rental! We'd definitely stay here again if we were in Louisville.

• Cozy Excellent Location

  We have finally found our go-to airbnb in Louisville. Location is prime for activities, especially if you want to just walk to restaurants, the park, coffee shops, etc.

  The carriage house is so cute, comfortable, and cozy. I forgot another C, clean! The beds were just heavenly and the kitchen had a good number of things so that you can cook, if you need to. The decor was awesome. Oh, and how nice is it that parking is in the garage below the unit!!

  The owner Sarah met us literally as we rolled in, showed us around, and was so kind and helpful. Excellent communication that made for a great stay.

• Just what we needed

  This carriage house apartment was perfect. Great location, super hosts, and everything we needed! We were in town for a week and this was just what we needed. Our coffee on the deck each morning was a perfect way to start our day. The neighborhood had so many neat options to enjoy. Thanks so much for sharing your unit with us! When back in town, we will stay again.
