Great neighborhood.
5/5 Great neighborhood, close to a lot of restaurants. There was only street Parking but we never had an issue finding a spot right in front of the house. Short drive to Expo center. Would stay here again.

Great home for the Kentucky Derby
5/5 We had 6 adults and we had a fabulous time. The location was perfect for the Derby. Easy drive. The house was stocked with everything you could think of! Clean organized. Everything was wonderful. We had hoped to use the hot tub but never found time. Did enjoy coffee outback every morning. The pull-out sleeper sofa apparently was not the most comfortable but that is what a pull-out is. We were super happy with the entire stay! If we make it back for another Derby we would stay here again.
