Sparkling clean and a great location !
5/5 This property was sparkling clean and we really enjoyed our stay in this quiet quaint neighborhood that was perfectly located to downtown restaurants and near Keenland for the racing weekend.
It should be noted that although this property was perfect for me and my adult children, if there were 2 couples staying - there may be some problems because of the disparity in the sleeping situation. One room is a luxurious master suite with a private bath. The other is really only appropriate for kids. The attic bedroom is a LONG way to the downstairs bathroom if you need to get up in the night. I ended up using the downstairs pullout couch instead, which meant I had no privacy. Not a problem for our group - but it should be noted.

Vacation with son’s family
4/5 A clean and comfortable home. The attic type bedroom was a bit smaller than we expected. Otherwise we had an enjoyable time.

Lovely Cottage Home
5/5 We attended the high school sweet 16 basketball state tournament which was held at Rupp arena and the location could not have been better for us. The cottage is exactly as described and had all the amenities for a short or long stay. We had a wonderful time at this peaceful home and would highly recommend it for anyone considering Lexington as their destination.

Great Little Lexington House
5/5 The house is in a great location! Close to everything and short drive to downtown and UK and Keenland. It was the perfect size for 2 of us and allowed us to spread out. The house is nicely decorated you can tell it has been loved. Would recommend and stay again!
