• Nice Cul-de-sac!

  The location was great! Off the main drag a few blocks, so quiet but still close to everything.

  The house was very clean but the trash outside was a bit gross. We were told it would be picked up Saturday morning but it was still there when we checked out Sunday.

  Will look for the availability of this next time we head to Lexington.

• Not very pleasant

  I rented this home while in Lexington for my daughter’s national cheer competition. The refrigerator would not stay cold so had to eat out everyday, two for the tvs in the bedrooms didn’t work which made it hard with trying to keep smaller children occupied while doing my daughter cheer activities. There was no toilet paper so had to go out and buy some. There were dead bugs in the master bedroom bathroom window seal and couldn’t vacuum them out because the vacuum was broken because it only had one prong.

  -We understand that when traveling to support your children, the last thing you need is distractions related to your accommodations. We strive to keep an abundance of basic supplies on hand to last the entire stay, and we’re disappointed that this wasn’t your experience.
  -While no issues with the refrigerator or TVs have been reported by previous guests, we will verify their condition with the current guests and thoroughly evaluate them after check-out.
  -The cleaning crew did identify an issue with the vacuum cleaner, which was replaced the next day. As with any home, occasional issues can arise, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
  -Our contact number is listed in the Welcome Book and should also have been in your welcome email. Had we been contacted, we would have addressed these concerns during your stay.
  -We hope that if your daughter competes in Lexington again, you’ll allow us to provide a better experience.

• Quiet and comfort in a great location

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and the beds comfortable. Close to everything yet still very quiet. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
