3/5 The home itself was nice and had many positives, but unfortunately there was a persistent sewage odor throughout our stay. The intensity seemed to fluctuate—at times it was lighter, but at other times it became quite strong. We aired out the house by opening doors and windows, which helped somewhat, but the smell remained noticeable. At one point it became strong enough that one of our guests chose to sleep on the couch instead of their bedroom.
I reached out to the host during our stay. While communication was prompt and polite, the owner opted to investigate and address the issue after our departure.
This may be a fixable issue, but it did impact our overall comfort and experience.

Upon being notified, we offered to dispatch a plumber immediately, but we were asked to wait until after your departure to address it. Since your checkout, we have had the property inspected by multiple parties, including the owners on-site, and no odor was detected. We will continue to monitor the home to ensure it meets our high standards. Thank you for your feedback.
5/5 Great location and amenities! Plenty of room to spread out: teens enjoyed the air hockey, grandma loved watching the playful squirrels and chipmunks from the porch swing. Wonderful place!!

5/5 Home was very nice and laid out very well. Top notch place to stay. Plenty room and amenities. Beautiful home and location very close to Moors Resort and Marina. Weather could of been a little cooler but you expect heat and humidity in late July.
5/5 We had a great weekend stay! House was well stocked, clean, and the back porch was delightful.

5/5 This place was awesome—great location for a girls getaway. Beautifully decorated, had everything we could need, ESPECIALLY, the handicapped bathroom—I finally got to take a shower.. Mark was so helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.,
