Amazing downtown location!
5/5 This was the perfect size place to be able to sit and relax and the location was perfect for walking to local bars, restaurants and shops.

Great spot
5/5 This was a perfect spot for my daughter and I. After a week of traveling, it was so nice to both have our own bed and separate rooms. And comfortable couch seating to unwind with a movie. Would plenty big for two couples or family of 4.
It was easy to find street parking spot (free on the weekends). Felt very safe and loved grabbing a coffee and treat downstairs, a beer across the street at a super friendly brewery with live music on weekends, get nails done, do a little shopping and eat at a restaurants all within walking distance. Easy drive to Horse Park and farms, and to downtown Lexington or great bourbon distilleries.

Great stay in George Town
5/5 Brilliant location with easy access to everything you could need. Very comfortable, great coffee shop down stairs and more restaurant very close by. Roy the host was brilliant with local information and help. Would stay there anytime we are in the area and recommend 100%

5/5 We stayed for the NHS at KHP. Wonderful location, cute historic town, easy to get to the horse park! Really enjoyed our stay, would book again!
National Horse Show
5/5 This is our 4 th staying in this Studio and will be booking for 2024. Great location, clean and well stocked. We love being able to walk to restaurants. Only draw back is the bakery below is smells so good you have to frequent it most days LOL
