I have been staying here for the last 4 years every time I pull up to the farmhouse a sense of peace washes over me. Herman is amazing and very helpful. I will be back as soon as I can. I enjoy that everything isn't so far away. Plus, sitting outside reading is so relaxing and clears my head. I love it there.
Great place
Everything was provided.
Everything in great condition.
Will stay again
Will recommend as a great place to stay.

What can I say? Herman is amazing he's always there for me if I have any questions.
The farmhouse has become for the last 4 years my place of peace and serenity. Every time I stay at the farmhouse I fall more and more in love with the place. It's peaceful and everything is there for you. I enjoy not being so close to town but yet not too far away if I need to run and get something.
The farmhouse is a place where you can unwind, relax, read a book and just chill and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I enjoy listening to the cows mooing its so soothing. Every time I stay at the farmhouse I hate leaving it's my happy place. When I got back home my brother said that the farmhouse certainly agrees with me I look well rested and no longer stressed. I am planning on coming back to the farmhouse in the next few weeks. Herman and his parents are always so kind and sweet. Anything I need Herman is a phone call or text away.
My husband and I always enjoy our stay at this Kentucky farmhouse.
The weather was perfect so we got to enjoy relaxing on the back porch and apparently the wild turkeys we watched enjoyed the nice weather as well.
We appreciate that the owner invested in this home by providing well made furniture that is comfortable.
The host also provides a variety of things to make your stay even better from coffee to shampoo and conditioner.
If you need a place to stay in this area of Kentucky look no further than this East Bernstadt farmhouse.

I was going to use the word "funky" to describe the house, but some people might take that the wrong way. It was a very nice place to stay; good energy. Kept very clean, with what appears to be newer furnishings, carpet etc. I really enjoyed the visit. Very quiet too....
