    The place was nice and clean and really close to the Ark.

    The home met minimum sufficient level of cleanliness. Windows are missing screens, the sheets in the bed felt cheap and reused a bunch of times, had hair and crumbs in it. Check out instructions include throwing in laundry, towels, etc. The owner was responsive to our requests.
