• Perfect Location

  We stayed 3 nights in this lovely home. It was very convenient to travel to both the Creation Museum and the Ark Adventure! The home was just as pictured. It was decorated for fall and the space is great for a larger group! We loved the hot tub, too!

• So much charm

  This house is so perfect. The inside and outside space is so charming. The decor is so cute and you are so happy to come home to it after a day of site seeing. I would recommend this home to anyone and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

  We had no communication with property manager as it was not necessary. House looked updated and clean in pictures but in person there was a difference. We had a small black bug problem in main bathroom and house had an odd smell to it. Location was perfect for our activities probably would not recommend it to others

  - The home is professionally cleaned and well-stocked, but I'm sorry to hear that it didn’t meet your expectations. The professional photos and the description on the listing accurately represent the property, and all guests are encouraged to choose a home that best suits their preferences.
  - I looked into the small black bugs but couldn’t find any signs of pests. However, I would've promptly addressed this if I had been informed during your visit.
  The homeowner works hard to provide a wonderful guest experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied visitors.

• Nice but too loud

  The property is beautiful but our family was not able to get adequate rest here. We chose this home thinking it was more in the country, allowing privacy - but the road is so close to the house and there were loud vehicles going by all throughout the night, waking us and the children up. We left a day early because of this.

  -Most guests have not expressed concerns about noise, but we understand your experience was different.
  -While we can't control the occasional loud vehicles on the nearby road, we have placed a fan in the home for ambient noise and will add two more fans in the bedrooms to help mask any disturbances.
