    The host did not respond to any of our messages. There was no welcome book to explain how to work the fireplace. The floors were not that clean when we arrived. There was a man’s XL fleece on the banister.

    - We did respond to your message regarding the additional guest, but we apologize for any miscommunication and for not realizing you had concerns about cleanliness or needed assistance with the fireplace. Had we known, we would have addressed these right away.
    - We’re sorry the floors were not as clean as they should have been upon your arrival and for the fleece that was mistakenly left behind. We will follow up with our cleaning team to help ensure this does not happen again.
    - While we do not currently provide a welcome book, we are always available and happy to answer any questions about the home and its features.
    We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

    Lovely space. Hostess responded promptly to our concerns. We did some thrift shopping for coffee mugs and soup bowls to accommodate our group. The hostess did offer to reimburse us but we enjoyed being there so much, it was a small price to pay!

    The host was awesome to deal with!! The rugs were a bit dirty, the sinks were on the short side and we couldn’t keep the temperature in the house regulated!!

    This home was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Overland Park. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood that was quiet and safe. The basement game room was where we hung out every evening. The kids loved having their own rooms upstairs and the downstairs bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. There are stores very close to the home to get whatever you need. Would 100% stay again!!
