• Super cute house very close to Bethel

  We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It is an adorable two story 3 bedroom house that was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room downstairs to hang out together. The house is older so the floor creaks a bit, but it is updated very nicely with modern decor. The house had all the essentials we needed like dish soap, towels, hair dryer, etc. It was very close to Bethel College so I would highly recommend it for families visiting their college student. There is a rental company that texts all the information for check in/out. The owner doesn’t seem to reply on the app at all which is why I gave communication a 3, but the rental company (Evolve) sends automated texts with the info.

  The property is within walking distances from everything. Only problem I had was the bathroom was not properly clean and the owner had to send someone to clean and responded in a timely manner. Overall a good stay but I think the owners need to inspect the cleanness more throughly.

• Not Ideal if taller than 5ft9in

  1st off the stair case, 1st floor bathroon and all closet doors are very short. We both hit our heads regularly. This should be noted in the listing.

  2nd problem we had was the yard wasn't mowed. It was over 2 FT. tall! My stay was for 7days and I called the property mgr who DID respond quickly and said it'll be fixed quickly. NEVER got dealt with for the entire week.

  3rd issue is both toilets are so loose that I feared damage.

  On the good side, the house is very cute and setup well enough for smaller people. Not for my friend and I who are 6ft2 and 6ft3.

  -We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused by the low door heights. This is the first time this issue has been brought to our attention, and while we can't change the door heights, we will make a note in the listing to inform future guests.
  -We apologize for the yard not being mowed during your stay. The landscaper has since been replaced to ensure this does not happen again.
  -The loose toilets will be addressed promptly to ensure they are secure for future guests.

  We really liked the house and location. It was fully furnished and well appointed.

  The only issue that we had was that the air conditioning units in the upstairs never worked properly. They did attempt to fix it at the end of our stay but even then it didn't work.
