  Over the top - beautiful renovation with so many amazing amenities that make it feel like home. Spacious Rooms - great layout and the backyard was perfect with a covered area, BBQ and fire pit. We utilized the Living Room for Greeting visitors watching KU Football and dancing. The kitchen is fully stocked and each bathroom was complete with all the necessities!! Gracious Host and Owner making sure all our needs were met. See you next time we are in KC!!

• Can't beat this property

  All I can say is this place can't be beat!! I kept thinking that it was TOO nice to be a VRBO. I kept telling my family that I could easily live here. The house was so quiet, CLEAN and not in a 'covered it up to make it LOOK clean' way. Legit clean. Every square inch looks like new construction and the design work was stellar. They equipped the house with absolutely EVERYTHING you could possibly need! I mean EVERYTHING! The master bed had a massage element and reclining options. The master floor and bathroom floor had heated floors. My boys were so stoked about the Play Station 5 with a big screen TV and a sweet basement. I can 1000% recommend this property to anyone. The check-in and check-out instructions were super minimal and easy. I loved our stay and came home w/ zero laundry to do, since this facility had great laundry access. WIN!

  We were so impressed by the condition of the property and the amenities. It seems like all possible needs were met. The photos almost don't do it justice - it was more than we were hoping for.

  Property was just as listed. Super cute and very comfortable beds. I wish our group would had more time there to enjoy the fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend!
