Cozy little 2BR!
4/5 Small, older house on mostly one floor but gets plenty of light from windows. Stayed at another Kentucky St house last winter but it was really dark and dreary. Yard has a pretty nice fire pit out back but I didn’t use it as there were a lot of mosquitoes out that weekend. Had trouble figuring out how to operate the shower but owners were able to text me clear instructions. Floors are older hardwood, though, and very squeaky when walking around.

5/5 I can’t sing praises enough about this cozy vacation rental! It was the perfect place for us to stay. We cooked dinner one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Shopping and Restaurants on Mass Street is minutes away from the house. Close to campus too! It is the perfect location. Would definitely come back. The owner is responsive and great to work with! 20 out of 10
