Darling house. Loved it. Close walk to food, drink, and shopping. Next door house is slightly sketchy looking but no problems. We had a great time.
Great house plenty of room for our family. There were five of us all together, four adults and one child. The location is great just a short walk to Mass Street and the nice shops and great restaurants.

The house was great. We had four adults and one toddler and had plenty of space. Walking distance to great food and shops on Mass Street.
We had a great time. The night life was a little noisy for our family but we all got sleep. The bathroom and shower were also hard to get ready in.overall though it was great

This is a beautifully restored home on a tree-lined street adjacent to downtown Lawrence. Everything is close by- restaurants, bars and shopping! You have your own parking space which makes things easy.
The Evolve team is terrific. From the folks in the main office to your designated greeter ( ours was Clint), they do everything possible to facilitate your stay.
My only caveat, and this is noted in the house description, is the problematic staircase. This is not a home for folks with signicant mobility or visual issues.
Otherwise, a great choice!
