Plenty of Space

Well laid out cabin to accommodate a larger group. Each bedroom has easy access to a bathroom. Pool table and ping pong table top was great to use. Only issue that should be addressed is the floor pan on one of the showers leaked at the drain.

Our Stay Was Fantastic!

Our stay at this Southern Indiana property was fantastic, truly a hidden gem. This uniquely designed cabin is ideal for large groups, notably featuring seven bathrooms, which is quite remarkable for a cabin in the woods.

The surrounding lake was beautiful, predominantly bordered by forest, and the water was both refreshing and clean. Pest control service provider showed up to spray outside while we were there, and we had no problems with bugs inside or out.

The host was exceptionally responsive to all our requests, and the electronic door lock made for an easy check-in process. While there was a nearby shooting range, the sounds of firearms were distant and not overly intrusive, quickly fading into background noise. The property was clean upon arrival, beds were comfortable, and linens were fresh. Despite visiting during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, the air conditioning maintained a comfortable indoor temperature. The showers offered excellent water pressure and consistent hot water. Overall, this property provides great value. We highly recommend this listing.

We enjoyed the cabin and area. We were only about 25 minutes from downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The host was extremely helpful. The coffee maker broke and she had a new one the same day!

Has potential, however..DIRTY, and UNSAFE!

We rented this place for a weekend for a family Christmas get together. It looked amazing ONLINE! We got here. It is pretty and it has so much potential. The kids could run and play, it was big. Plenty of room for all 13 of us to sleep. However we started finding things wrong and kept finding them the entire time. Every surface was caked with dust. Dead bugs everywhere. Mold in bathrooms from continued wet floors. At least 2 showers that leak. One has a sign not to use but there are 6 more. Other one was king room upstairs leaked tondownstairs bedroom and when primary contact was called, didn't answer. Text she would call later. When text her the problem she informed me to make sure the shower curtain was closed and it was and to put a bucket under it. The furniture is filthy. One yellow couch had a black cushion. The floors are sticky. There are dead bugs everywhere. We had a wasp problem. Killed 3. Nephew ended up getting stung. When pulled out beds to looknfor it 100s of dead bigs underneath. There were dirty underwear in drawers that were not ours. There were dirty towels in the washer that were not ours. The dryer vent doesn't go outside. It is in a bucket. We could find 1 smoke alarm in the entire house. There were places for others but they had been removed. There were brown spots on some of the toilets. The rugs in the bathrooms were covered in dirt. Got a hot pad out to use it and it was filthy. I could go on and on. It is very sad because it is beautiful and could be great. But it needs to be fixed up and CLEANED!!! I hope they take the time to do this very soon.

We are looking to replace all of the pots and pans in the kitchen and purchased new pillows, new towels and bedspreads to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded.
