Perfect place
5/5 Home was perfect for my son and I, staying a few days for a local automotive event. Nice quaint neighborhood and is super close to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Will definitely choose this home if we come back.

Good location
3/5 Kind of upset the grill wasn’t working nor the tv in the master bedroom. Location was good and communication was good. Pretty much anything with batteries would not work because all the batteries were dead.

Perfect when no races
5/5 The cottage is apparently used for big parties during races, but it was a perfect place to stay when visiting my brother in Speedway during other times. It was very comfortable, clean, well lit, and quiet. I love the touches of having room darkening curtains in the bedrooms and lamps in the living room. (These can be hard to find in rental houses.) And it was conveniently located and close to restaurants on Main Street. I hope to stay at the cottage during future family visits.
