ND football game
5/5 Great weekend, cozy home with well stocked kitchen. Close to Notre Dame. Our second game here. We hope to come back next year.

A good, basic place to stay
4/5 We stayed here for ND graduation as my family needed more room than a hotel room. It was about a 5-10 minute drive to the campus (very easy), and having a central location for our family was helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Overall the place was clean and decorated pleasantly. I did appreciate being able to arrive earlier than the check-in time. The door lock was easy to use, and we utilized the front porch as a main gathering area. We did not utilize the kitchen other than for coffee and the frig. There seemed to be plenty of utensils and supplies available.
Some things to be aware of - the dormer rooms get poor A/C and circulation, and only one has a fan, so we moved one person to sleep on the couch in the basement as it was cooler down there. The TV is in the basement, making it awkward for communal activity. We had to buy extra garbage bags and toilet paper as we were only allotted a couple of each. The driveway is in the back, with narrow space for our two SUVs, so we ended up parking on the street.
Overall, this place is a great option if you don't want to pay the higher prices to be closer to Notre Dame. Samantha quickly responded to our request for an earlier check-in, which was appreciated.

5/5 Great convenient location for the University of Notre Dame. Started with a few concerns when there were a couple of areas (freezer and stovetop) which were not fully cleaned; few spots in the ice trays were filled which would have been appreciated since the refrigerator dispenser of water and ice were not in working order. These few things were quick resolved when I located the filtered water dispenser in the sink and was able to fill the ice trays. Would only further recommend dish towel and cloth availability. Everything else about the stay was totally positive and comfortable. The property manger and owner were very responsive and helpful. Thank you!
