  The home had great space and is an older home but it does have all the needs of a rental. I usually don't have bad things to say, and this home did check the boxes. However, I tried to get communication from property manager over a six day span, and kept getting no responses. The day of check in, I finally got a person to respond and send check in process. Many of my requests for information came 4 days after my checkout. Additionally, the home was advertised in the heading as a six bedroom, there were 5 listed in the infographic, and really only 4 pictures of rooms. The reality of the rental is that it is a 4 bedroom home, but does have some open common rooms with 2 inflatable mattresses. Both mattresses have holes in them, so they don't work. Part of our group ended up sleeping on the floor and the couches. This experience isn't going to stop us from using VRBO, but just think some effort could be put into clarifying the description and improving communication from the management company. From what I gleaned, it isn't a person, but a management group. Home wasn't equipped with laundry detergent, nor did keys allow for access to put garbage in outside bins, but fortunately we really just needed it to sleep in and had busy long days away from the house at a convention in Downton Indy.

  Plenty of room for a group as large as ours so it was perfect for what we needed. Owners were responsive when we reached out.

• Wedding Bliss

  We had a fantastic stay. We were in Noblesville for my daughter’s wedding. I had children flying in and we had plenty of room. The day of the wedding we were able to have all the bridesmaids and girls in blue together to have their hair and makeup done and to get ready with the bride. We shared laughs, stories of growing up with the bride and how friendships were made. This home was perfect for the occasion and to bring family and friends together. Andrea was very quick to respond to any questions we may have had.This home is perfect for large groups and close to dining and attractions.The wedding was my daughters secret garden vision come to life. The whole experience will be long remembered.

• Great location but house very old

  Items are broken and carpets dirty. Location is excellent for walking downtown. Had incident with thermostat and alarm. No towels or tp so owner brought some. Upstairs sink barely drains.

  - Our home was built in 1870, so some areas may show signs of age, but we always have the home thoroughly cleaned before guests' arrival.
  - The thermostat battery has unexpectedly died in the 24 hours before your check-in. As soon as we heard about it, we got there within 30 minutes to resolve the issue, though the house took a bit of time to cool down afterward due to its size.
  - We also delivered brand-new towels later that evening. We later found the extras were still in the dryer from our cleaning team. We typically don’t stock washcloths since they're often misplaced.
  - The upstairs sink does drain, though it’s a little slow—thanks for letting us know so we can double-check on it.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
