Honey House is a Charmer!

We loved our stay
5/5 My wife and I have come to this cabin as our technology-free-weekend-getaway twice. We loved our stay so much the first time that we made this our first trip with our newborn as a family.
The location is on the same lot as the owners home, but is nicely tucked away and is very quite. It has all of the basic amenities including basic wifi. It notably does not have a TV which was perfect for our goals. We enjoyed spending time together and exploring the surrounding area.
We highly recommend the Pumpkinvine Hiking Trail which stretches several towns and has several entry points close to the cabin. Abshire Park is a great entrance (it took time for us to find the closest entry points so I hope this helps).
Numerous towns nearby with great restaurants. We loved the Dented Can market for some quick grocery and bakery runs.
The cabin itself is nice, quite, clean, and warm. The owners are friendly and respond well and work to meet you when you arrive to help show you some quick tips of the cabin.
We absolutely plan to return again.

Great place for an Amish experience getaway
5/5 Clean and convenient. Great place to relax in the evening after a day filled visiting sites throughout the county. The screened in porch was a great spot to watch Amish buggies traveling up and down the road.
