Perfect Getaway
5/5 This was a perfect family getaway! My sister and her husband and my husband and I took a nostalgic trip to Monticello Indiana. Many years ago before retiring we all would spend our weekends on Freeman Lake. This trip took us back to many places along the lake we enjoyed back then.
This was our first time EVER staying in an Airbnb and loved it. We were in the 2 bedroom cabin at Cozy Cottage. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. We especially loved the expansive deck and covered back porch. The accommodations included everything we needed from linens to kitchenware. Tv and Wifi were perfect. We will definitely go there again.

Just as Advertised
5/5 Came to the area to visit family and decided to try this cabin in lieu of a hotel room. Best choice ever! This cabin far exceeds any hotel in the Monticello area. It was just as described. Clean, well furnished and perfectly comfortable. Location was great; 10 minutes from the Kroger and Walmart. Lake view was nice and the deck was perfect for early mornings and evening for relaxing. Very quiet area of the lake. The sunroom was also perfect for when the weather was not suited for being outside. Overall… it was perfect for us and we will be back when we are in the area again.

Great weekend getaway
5/5 We had a great time here MDW. The deck was perfect for lounging while we did crosswords and played cards, and we had many meals out there. On rainy days, the couch was comfy for lounging and watching our favorite shows. The cottage has a very well equipped kitchen - I usually bring a few kitchen things of my own because I never know what to expect, and they had everything we needed including good knives, basic oil and spices, and plenty of pots and pans. We would absolutely stay here again!
