  Brian's house was the perfect place for six adults (3 sisters and our respective spouses) to spend a weekend while in town for our annual holiday kickoff get-together at our 4th sister's house. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and the 3 bedrooms are nicely situated so that each couple had privacy. It was a huge plus that each bedroom had a queen-sized bed. The kitchen was well-appointed and we enjoyed preparing both dinner and breakfast in the space. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Brian reached out to me the morning of our arrival to make sure the check-in instructions were clear and to make sure I knew he was available if I needed him. I reached out to him once (asking how many trick-or-treaters we should anticipate - the answer is a LOT!) and he responded promptly. I would highly recommend choosing Brian's house if your travels bring you to Lafayette.

  The house was very clean, and the owner was meticulous about including details that made our stay nice.. such as tea for the Keurig, bath soap and shampoo in the bathroom, there was even a first aid kit in the laundry room if needed. My only complaint was that we wanted early check-in, and while the management team was fantastic at communication, they could not help us with early arrival. The owner was not responsive to any communication before our designated check in time. However, after we checked in, he was very easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to stay here again

  Clean and comfortable and well equipped. Helpful host.About 25 minute easy drive to campus. Photo is accurate. Second bath is not quite as convenient to one of the bedrooms but is adjacent to the other. The master suite is very nice. Everything you need for coffee or tea in the morning is supplied with the Keurig. Nice treat.

• Nice stay with well equipped house and thoughtful host!

  Communication with the owner of the house was very limited before the stay, however, communication with the Evolve team it was amazing! Once we arrived, the host was a great communicator and he apologized for the lack of communication prior to arrival. The house itself is in a typical middle class neighborhood. The inside of the house is dated and decor is limited; however, the host paid attention to detail to help meet any needs. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bathrooms, along with makeup remover wipes, and other necessities. The kitchen was very well stocked, and even had a Keurig available to use, with a variety of teas. Host even had a minor emergency kit if needed. Use of garage and garage door openers was also available. The furniture was comfy and plenty of seating. Smart TVs were also available for use as well. Beds were soft and comfy and everything was very clean. We had a very pleasant stay.
