Great house; not ideal surroundings
5/5 The house is absolutely lovely. Very clean, updated, super comfortable beds, and they have everything you would need. My only comment for other potential renters is that the area it is in is not the nicest.
Family Stay in Indianapolis
5/5 We were a group of 7 over three generations, in Indianapolis to support one of our grandsons in a recent national swim meet. The Teddi Bear at the Villa was in a perfect location for our needs. It was spacious, clean, modern, and seemed very secure in a redeveloping neighborhood. In addition to being minutes away from the University Natatorium, it was also very close to the downtown area, including restaurants, the NCAA Hall of Champions, the Indy 500 racetrack, and others. We'd stay again. Thanks for hosting us!
Feels like home
5/5 We went to National Eucharistic Congress which took place in the Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. The house was very convenient for us as we dont have to wake up early to get to the convention center or Lucas Oil Stadium. We dont have to worry about traffic. The My wife loves to cook so the kitchen has all the cooking products. My daughter and i baked two cakes using state of the art ovens. The living room entertainment is nice with big screen tv. The location is very close to Indianapolis zoo. Although it is situated in an area with older houses, we feel pretty safe.

5/5 I would like to thank the owners and the cleaning crew are stay was amazing this beautiful home has everything u need sleeping was like sleeping on the clouds the beds was so comfortable I have not one thing to complain about nothing but a pleasant stay if u rent this home you will be very happy and comfortable thank u guys so much I will rent for u guys in a heart beat I tried to make sure I left the cleaning crew with very little to do because they had it so clean when we arrived thank for the pleasant stay❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
