Close to downtown and clean
5/5 The house was very convenient to downtown, and had been recently remodeled. The neighboring property looks rough, but otherwise super convenient place to stay then I will definitely book again.

No communication on several issues from point of contact
1/5 The fridge didn't hold temperature and sat at about 55 degrees whole throwing an error code. We left messages for the listed point of contact and never got a response. I called the Evolve customer service line and they said they would contact the site manager and owner, never heard back. Evolve sent an email asking for any documentation, not sure what they meant. The house is obviously a quick flip, a towel rack popped off the wall as soon as we hung a towel on it and the floors have a lot of flex.
