Disgusting
1/5 This property was extremely filthy dirty and disgusting for the price paid to stay there! Hords of gnats and flies and grass hadn't been cut in weeks! Bathrooms had to be cleaned before being used. Almost ready to call the health department and report living conditions.

Beware!
1/5 I called the guest contact an hour before we left (a 3hr drive) to see if my daughter could check in an hour or 2 early. She flew in from Florida. The guest contact said she had to ok it with the Evolve team. 5 minutes later I received a text with New York area code saying a water pipe broke and they will have to cancel the reservation I made last October! I immediately called the Evolve number and the man said he did not hear of this, it might be a scam. I called the guest contact again and she was unaware of any pipe breaking and stated the the house was double booked. I was furious!
I called and spoke to 2 more Evolve people and they told me they will refund my money as there was nothing they could do. I had 10 people with no home and felt they overbooked me for more money. Luckily we found another place an hour away for about $500 more. We planned this trip for months and almost missed the eclipse because of them. I will never deal with Evolve again. Beware!
