  We enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed that the dock was so high. We couldn't dock our pontoon to it. Thankfully there was a ladder on the concrete wall that we used heavily. There needs to be more silverware (only had 4 forks) and more than one hand towel and dish rag. Peaceful place!

  -The water level fluctuates due to the current water table, which may explain the issue you experienced. Although we don’t often have guests bringing boats, this has not been a common concern in the past.
  -We genuinely appreciate guest feedback, but it's even more helpful when guests reach out during their stay, allowing us the opportunity to address any concerns in real time. In this case, we would have gladly provided additional silverware.
  -Our cleaning team diligently checks the kitchenware to ensure there are enough settings for all guests. However, silverware is one of those items that tends to diminish over time, likely due to frequent use or accidental misplacement. We regularly restock, but occasional shortages can happen.
  -Regarding the towels and dishcloths, we're uncertain why there weren’t more available during your stay. However, had we been informed, we would have promptly provided additional ones to ensure you had everything needed for a comfortable experience.

• Great getaway

  Property was as listed. It was clean and had everthing we needed. While the lake wasn't the cleanest of lakes kids still enjoyed swimming a little and loved the kayaks. Don't have a single complaint.

  Have absolutely nothing to complain about! Great place off the beaten path. House was clean and as listed. Lake wasn't the cleanest off all lakes but kids still enjoyed splashing around by the boat dock. My son caught lots of fish by the boat launch just down the street. Everything we needed and more was provided for us. Overall it was very comfortable and an easy getaway. We went as a family of 6. Kids ranging in age from 8-adult. Having 4 kayaks and a canoe was great! We could all paddle around the lake together if we wanted. The only thing I found myself wishing I had was a meat thermometer. :)
