CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. To access the home, enter the code 1976 and press the bottom left arrow button
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Return water toys to their original location 
- Set the air conditioning to 75 degrees in the summer and the heat to 60 degrees in the winter
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Please do not lock the detached bathroom or recreation room
- Close and lock all other doors and windows
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please be safe and use life jackets when accessing the lake
- Please use caution when using the zipline and ensure it can hold your body weight
- Unplug the slip n slide and yellow slide after each use
- Shower before using the hot tub to prevent damage and clogs. Close the cover and place the brick on the cover when not in use
- Do not drive across the dam on the lake
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
- Please note, bugs and insects may be present during your stay.  This property is in the woods and is a 75 year old cabin.  The property is treated quarterly for pests.

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found on the refrigerator

- The slip-n-slide needs to be plugged in before use to allow water to run down the slide
- The sports room has a refrigerator for your use. The items in the refrigerator are open game, as they are left by previous tenants. The A/C unit in the sports room can be turned on, but please turn it off upon checkout. Do not lock the sports room door upon departure
- There is firewood around the property feel free to use
- In the back living room, the ceiling fan works, but the light on the fan does not. There are lamps in that room for light
