• Great location but dirty and unsafe also a mouse

  Let’s start with the pros, this location is minutes away from a great beach.

  Now for the cons. The house is quite dirty. When we first arrived the table was fully set with plates and bowls. Unfortunately these dishes were dirty and had to be washed immediately. Like each bowl was full of someone’s snack crumbs. The floor was dirty and there were spiderwebs everywhere.

  The final morning of our stay as we were finishing breakfast we saw a mouse run across the kitchen floor and under the dishwasher. Yuck.

  The smoke detectors upstairs were all missing. This has to be some sort of code violation. There is an electrical plate upstairs that has a huge hole in it which is a big hazard with young kids.

  This place is expensive enough that I expected better. 100% do not recommend :)

  -We regret that any concerns arose during your stay, and we’re sorry we weren’t made aware of them at the time, as we would have been more than happy to address any issues promptly. Our goal is to ensure that any concerns are resolved quickly to enhance our guests' experience, and direct communication allows us to do so effectively.
  -Regarding the smoke and CO2 detectors, they were in the process of being replaced. If you noticed any detectors temporarily down, the new ones, along with fresh batteries, were readily available in the kitchen drawer. Additionally, detectors were fully installed in the hallway, stairwell, and basement to ensure guest safety.

  House had all we needed and we appreciated the beach toys and games downstairs. It does feel a little run down and could do with some furniture steam cleaning, a paint job and deep clean.

• Perfect getaway close to beach!

  The house was perfect for our group of 9, ranging in age from 5-47. The house had everything we needed and was clean and nicely decorated! It is a very short walk to the beach, which was never crowded and always clean! We had a brief malfunction with the carbon monoxide detection system and the owner was there within 5 minutes to remedy the situation. We would definitely stay again!
