5/5 Excellent communication and great place to stay for our needs. Appreciated the work station and the open living space that allowed moving chairs and end tables as needed for visiting and playing games. We did not end up having a pet, but appreciated that the home was pet friendly. Unfortunately, we were not able to get our pet fee refunded, but understandable. Kitchen was well appointed for our needs - we were able to reheat take-out in the microwave oven and appreciated the supply of trash bags. Great to have more than one bathroom. One small suggestion to update the listing to remind guests to supply their own shampoo/conditioner.

Quality rental
4/5 Pretty nice interior overall. A few dated and frayed items but overall high quality in general. You can tell the host/hostess is kind, leaving small items around the rental that increase the feeling of being at home. I would caution that it is clear that pets are allowed at the location, it is clearly disclosed however i didn't previously notice until we arrived. If thats not a factor for you, I would recommend this rental.

Fabulous getaway.
5/5 We were in town for a family reunion and found this beautiful retreat in downtown Ft Wayne. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything you need to make your stay cozy and complete. Very close to downtown shops and the famous Coney Island restaurant that’s over 100 years old. Also close to the stadium, the mall, and lots of great restaurants. We had such a good time. The owners were extremely helpful and definitely made our stay an enjoyable one. A very special place.
