5/5 Cozy and comfy. We were in town for two weeks for work and this was a very nice alternative to a hotel. Being able to cook our meals instead of spending a fortune on restaurants was nice, and convenient! Nice quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Loved having my morning coffee on the front porch, very relaxing and peaceful. The house was very clean and Gina was quick to respond with any questions, great host! Beds were very comfortable, no problem falling asleep. Loved relaxing in the recliner after work, actually fell asleep a couple evenings watching tv. Highly recommend.

Family trip
5/5 Lovely home, kid friendly. Responsive owner. Walkable to great park (especially if u have any interest in roses). Birds, squirrels, and neighbors very welcoming. Easy street parking.

Squeaky clean, all the essentials and then some...
5/5 This is a quiet duplex - entered from the street front by renter (shared w/ homeowner, i believe, who enters through the back), very clean, well maintained, with very thoughtful amenities (i.e. extra little soaps, shave cream, shampoo, laundry soap, and other supplies). The bedrooms are small, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The beds are comfortable enough and everyone slept well. Only complaint was there wasn't enough flatware (forks, spoons) and couldn't locate extra trash bags.

5/5 Perfectly located for seeing historic downtown and attending a concert at the Embassy Theater. Clean,comfortable and immediate response from host. Pet friendly is a huge plus. Nice neighborhood.
