  It was nice as described it fit our plans with family. We didn't realize that it didn't have a tv set. My husband had a fit. We never had to check anywhere we stayed for tv. It was a very nice place to stay.

• Will not stay at an Evolve managed rental again

  The kitchen did not have any of the expected items such as drinking glasses, salt, pepper or other spices, baking pans etc. No dishwasher detergent and the dishwasher was filthy. One of the bedrooms bed only had sheets, no blanket. There was no form of entertainment: no TV; radio; books; puzzles; cards; games etc. There was a wood burning stove but no firewood or places to buy any. The owner was an Amish gentleman and I don’t think he thought about what non Amish people would do other than sleep there.

  If you need a place to sleep it was okay. Only velour bedspreads on 2 of the 3 beds. Not as clean as I have come to expect with VRBO rentals and especially when you have to pay a separate cleaning fee.

  - We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised, and guests can decide before booking if the home meets their expectations.
  - It’s standard at vacation rentals for the homeowner to provide a starter supply of essentials for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups. Generic products may be offered at times to accommodate all guest comfort and preferences. We apologize if the products provided did not fit your needs.
  - While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that no issues were reported by our most recent guests. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay. Thanks for letting us know about your experience!
