BED BUGS!
1/5 My son woke up being bitten by bed bugs. We have video and photos. The owner and the management company Evolve refused to give us a full reimbursement only partial. Cigarette smoke was coming up through the vents because someone lives in the basement. VRBO put us up in a hotel for the remainder of or vacation which we appreciated. We will not be staying here again.

Additionally, an exterminator visited the property post your stay and found no signs of pest activity. However, as a precautionary measure, the property was treated accordingly.
-At Evolve, we prioritize guest feedback and meticulously review each case to ensure a fair resolution. Our records indicate that you were issued a refund, although we apologize for any inconvenience caused by any delay in its processing.

4/5 This is a good house for family reunions, etc. lots of room. It also sits on a man made lake. Very picturesque from the deck.

5/5 Nice house plenty of room, easy access. Some of the furniture is a bit odd with build in Vegas style lighting, but it’s in good condition. We had a nice day and all went well.
