• Horrible Stay

  The entire house was filthy. There were stains on the carpets, and the bathrooms were disgusting. There was rotten food in the fridge. The freezer was broken, there were no clean linens, and we had to buy our own laundry detergent and dryer sheets to wash the bedding. All of the plates, bowls, and utensils were gross. There was chicken feathers and blood all over the garage, and the garbage cans were full of blood and rotting garbage. There was no toilet paper, hand soap, and no cleaning products. There was broken furniture, and the card to access the community pool was not there. I would never suggest this house to anyone.

• Huge house, great price, great owner

  The house was huge and was a great price. The owner was very responsive and very nice. There was a garage that was usable which is fantastic when it was cold.

  However, I think the owner and the house are new to rentals and so the house could use some work. The furniture is all mismatched and feels like it was cobbled together from yard sales. They are all functional, but it doesn't have the feel or flow of what I'd expect from a home of this size.

  I think the cleaning was sufficient, but it wasn't spotless. There was a garage to use as I mentioned, but it was stuffed full of stuff and so it was a little hard to get the car in and out.

  I'm sharing all of this feedback to the owner and given how responsive and nice the owner is, I suspect they will remedy all of these items in the future. Because the home is so big and because the owner is so nice and responsive, I believe this place will only get better in the future.

  1st there was 3.5 bathrooms If you put the amount of toilet paper together that was on the roll in all bathrooms it did not even equal a half roll and there was NONE in the house. I found 2 open bottles of wine in the corner on the counter next to the fridge. A juicer that was on the counter was dirty. The dish washer had dishes it in that should have been put away yet some were not even clean. In the master at the top of the stairs the bathroom back of the sink faucet was filthy you could tell it had not been cleaned. Overall the house is beautiful and i would stay here again but it does need to be cleaned after each guest and to be sure there is toilet paper in the house as we arrived late and nothing was open for us to get any with a party of 9 people.

  We had a wonderful stay here. Awesome home, well kept and clean. Great communication with the host throughout our stay. The neighborhood is very nice and everything was as posted. We will certainly be back next time we are in town.
