Nice place!
5/5 We stayed here for parents weekend at IU. Space was great, location is a little drive from campus through curves and hills, but no big deal. The house was perfect for our needs. The ONLY negative we had was the odd odor of the house (you get used to it, but still odd).

Beautiful, quiet setting
5/5 Everything was as described. Patrick was so nice and was quick to respond to my emails. If you want to be where the action is, then this place is not for you. If you want a place to get away from it all and enjoy the quiet beauty of nature, this is it. This was a great home to come back to after checking out the town and after a day of wine tasting. If I ever head back this way, I will be sure to check to see if this place is available.
