  Beautiful house! It is spacious and has several beautiful and comfortable sitting areas. The beds were very comfortable. We were there on an extremely cold and snowy weekend, and the house stayed warm and cozy. It was great being able to park in the garage and not having to walk in the snow to the car or clean the snow off the car. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood and was well located for our purposes of visiting family in Avon.

  Very little to no kitchen utensils, pans - bought more to make the kitchen functional. No salt & pepper. Had to buy more glasses to accommodate normal daily use. Cheapest silverware set I have ever seen. Price tags hanging off everything. Cellophane still wrapped on various items like lamp shades. Wall clocks without batteries. Grass/yard unkept. Water leaking outside. Trash cans full and not put out for trash service. Pool table advertised was in pieces and unusable. Walls, carpet and ceilings all scuffed and stained. And although not advertised as ADA friendly we had asked the host prior to travel and we were reassured the first floor would accommodate our mother's needs - it did not and the shower was extremely unsafe.

  -While salt and pepper are not provided, we have added extra pans, utensils, and other kitchen essentials to enhance convenience during your stay. All price tags and packaging have been removed, and the yard has been carefully maintained to ensure a well-kept and welcoming environment.
  -Trash is collected weekly, and occasionally the bins may still be out when guests arrive. This is a new 2025 build, and while we work hard to maintain everything in excellent condition, minor signs of use can sometimes occur from previous stays, which we address as thoroughly as possible.
  -ADA accessibility is not advertised in our listing, and we sincerely regret that the first-floor setup did not meet your family member’s needs. We strive to provide clear listing information and encourage guests to review details carefully to ensure the property meets their expectations.
  We value your feedback, as they help us continue enhancing the experience for future guests.
