5/5 Overall, this was a cute home for our family. We really just needed a place to sleep after visiting family all day, and it worked well for that. A couple of things to note: if you’re sleeping upstairs in the loft, watch your head on the slanted ceiling—it’s easy to bump into! Also, the Jack and Jill bathroom is located between the two bedrooms, so anyone staying in the loft has to walk through one of the bedrooms to access it, which could be a little inconvenient. Otherwise, it’s a great place if you’re not too picky.

Easy Access to Chicago
5/5 Great place to come back and relax after exploring Chicago. Lots of great restaurants and shops near by to pick up any last minute things. Easy to hop on the Metra and get going for the day.
Horrible!
1/5 We were confirmed extended for another night, but then got told on the day of the extension that they booked someone else for that night, so instead of letting me and my guys go get our stuff out, they had the cleaning crew stuff our belongings into bags and left our stuff outside of the doors.. both instances were completely unprofessional and handled horrible!

Unfortunately, there was a misstep with adding the additional night to your reservation, which resulted in your team being displaced. To address this, we advised the property team on handling the situation, but we understand your belongings were moved without your consent, which was unacceptable. We take full responsibility for this mishandling and have issued a partial refund as an apology for the disruption and inconvenience caused.
This experience is not reflective of the property or the homeowner, and we deeply regret that it detracted from your stay. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve and ensure better outcomes for future guests.
