  The inside of the home was generally fine, but the outside was a different story — and not one we expected based on the listing.The photos must be 10 years old. The deck is in rough shape and looked unsafe to use. The yard was completely overgrown with weeds — in fact, the city issued a violation notice while we were there. Not exactly the relaxing outdoor space we thought we were booking.Also worth noting: the bathroom is awkwardly located between two bedrooms, and the loft has no blinds or curtains (we had to tape garbage bags over the windows to sleep).With some maintenance and updated photos, this place could be a nice stay. But as it stands now, it didn’t match what we were led to expect — especially the exterior.

  Villa très agréable, bien équipée et confortable L'endroit est tres calme et même si parfois les voisins peuvent être un peu bruyants, les chambres sont bien insonorisées.Agréable petite piscine pour se rafraîchir.

• Easy Access to Chicago

  Great place to come back and relax after exploring Chicago. Lots of great restaurants and shops near by to pick up any last minute things. Easy to hop on the Metra and get going for the day.

• Horrible!

  We were confirmed extended for another night, but then got told on the day of the extension that they booked someone else for that night, so instead of letting me and my guys go get our stuff out, they had the cleaning crew stuff our belongings into bags and left our stuff outside of the doors.. both instances were completely unprofessional and handled horrible!

Unfortunately, there was a misstep with adding the additional night to your reservation, which resulted in your team being displaced. To address this, we advised the property team on handling the situation, but we understand your belongings were moved without your consent, which was unacceptable. We take full responsibility for this mishandling and have issued a partial refund as an apology for the disruption and inconvenience caused.
  This experience is not reflective of the property or the homeowner, and we deeply regret that it detracted from your stay. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve and ensure better outcomes for future guests.

• Very small but clean

  Our stay was fine. The bathroom is only accessed through the two bedrooms making it challenging for those sleeping in the loft to access. Loft sleeping is under low slanted roof line making it challenging to get into and out of beds without hitting the ceiling. Very small family and dining room spaces. We were a group of adults without children, maybe not our best housing option however space is cleaning and accessible to Metra!
