A must stay!!!
5/5 WOW! We absolutely LOVED our time at Fishes and Loaves. It was SO clean, cozy and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time with our loved ones. We loved watching the deer in the back yard and sitting by the fireplace with a cup of coffee in the mornings. And the linens smell so fresh! If you are looking for the perfect spot to get away while visiting Springfield, this is your place!!!

5/5 The Fishes + Loaves House is truly one of the most beautiful and spacious homes, which provided the perfect accommodations for our friend gathering! LOVED the decor! We wanted for nothing, as everything was so perfectly appointed. The linens are lovely, the kitchen well stocked, and MANY rooms in which to congregate and enjoy. Especially loved hanging out on the second floor for games, and the third floor’s cozy nook, was perfect for conversation and viewing the beautiful wooded area surrounding the home. LOVED the outdoor space with the fireplace and the party lights made it so festive! A must stay for your next family/friend gathering!
5/5 This home is beautiful! Everything we needed was available there. So much privacy and nature but yet easy to get to restaurants and stores. Great communication with host!We look forward to going back and staying longer again soon!

Perfect secluded spot in the city!
5/5 Our family rented this beautiful home to celebrate our cousin Christmas. We were able to house multiple families from out of state and all stay under one roof. It was a great way to stay up late playing games and wake up leisurely with coffee and breakfast together. It had plenty of space - although most of us gathered around the big kitchen/family room/bar together. The kitchen has all the needed amenities to cook for a large group. It’s a perfect location - it’s close to all the city conveniences, yet feels like you’re secluded in the country. We enjoyed watching baby deer by the creek! The guys enjoyed making a fire in the outdoor fireplace and hanging out there. We decided we will make this our go-to house for upcoming big family gatherings!

This place was absolutely perfect for our large family gathering! We had 15 family members staying together and the home was set up beautifully for hosting a group — plenty of space to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.
Check-in was seamless, the home was spotless, and the amenities were fantastic. The location truly can’t be beat: close to town and easy to get to, yet it feels like a peaceful wooded paradise once you arrive. The indoor and outdoor spaces are both stunning and thoughtfully designed.
The beds and couches were very comfortable, and everyone slept great. The host was responsive, helpful, and prompt with communication, which made the entire stay stress-free.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay!
