• Fabulous fun on Route 66

  We so enjoyed our time here over a long February weekend celebrating birthdays on historic Route 66. The house is fabulously comfortable, large enough for 12 people to be comfortable eating, visiting, watching TV and rehearsing for a choir concert. The house is clean, furnished completely with every comfort, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and the seating on the decks as the sun set over the distant trees.

  This place was wonderful! The house was incredibly spacious, spotless and perfectly appointed. There were many great places to gather, including the outdoor patio and fireplace! It is also a short drive to all the places we went in Springfield. We really liked the fact that the proceeds benefit the non for profit

  for at risk kids in the area. Highly recommend this lovely home! We will be back!

  What a wonderful experience my group of 12 adults had staying at your home! It was clean, well-appointed, and conveniently located. Very nice indoor and outdoor space. Perfect for gathering as a large group, or going to a more secluded area for some privacy and rest as needed. Suzie, our contact, was quick to respond and assist with anything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

  WOW! We absolutely LOVED our time at Fishes and Loaves. It was SO clean, cozy and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time with our loved ones. We loved watching the deer in the back yard and sitting by the fireplace with a cup of coffee in the mornings. And the linens smell so fresh! If you are looking for the perfect spot to get away while visiting Springfield, this is your place!!!

  The Fishes + Loaves House is truly one of the most beautiful and spacious homes, which provided the perfect accommodations for our friend gathering! LOVED the decor! We wanted for nothing, as everything was so perfectly appointed. The linens are lovely, the kitchen well stocked, and MANY rooms in which to congregate and enjoy. Especially loved hanging out on the second floor for games, and the third floor’s cozy nook, was perfect for conversation and viewing the beautiful wooded area surrounding the home. LOVED the outdoor space with the fireplace and the party lights made it so festive! A must stay for your next family/friend gathering!
