  This was the worst rental we have ever stayed at with VRBO. We would have checked out were it not the Christmas holiday. The building itself appears to be new because there are stickers remaining on the windows and appliances. The walls were dirty and patched up and baseboard falling off in some areas. The garage is dirty with construction trash left behind. The exterior was also dirty and yard littered due to next door construction. The powder room door right next to the kitchen did not fully secure nor lock with evidence of water damage under the sink. Bathroom cabinet drawer missing hardware, electrical outlet missing cover and cracks in shower tile. The listing advertises for 6 but the dining area only offers seating for four. The 3rd bed is listed as queen but appears to be a full size. We filed a claim with EVOLVE and they made a lame effort to resolve and offered no compensation. Do not ever rent an EVOLVE property as they do not care about customer experience. The local management was equally dismissive and obviously unaware of the condition of the property. Consider yourself warned with this one. Stay at a hotel. Dates stayed 12/22/25 - 12/26/25.

  We arrived at 4:10p (check in listed as 4p) and house cleaner was still there. Said he needed another 30-45 minutes. Not happy but we were going to put luggage in garage and return later (garage is listed as an amenity) but garage door was broken. Also trash cans in garage were over flowing but we assumed cleaner would take with him. He did not. It was still there when we returned. Floors in all bathrooms still had hair and dirt on them. Spider webs in corners. Master bath shower had mold in it. We had to get pillow cases on in the master bedroom. Found pillow case in dryer FULL of linens so took our towels out too. Wall behind bedside table in master had a large splatter stain of what looked like soda or coffee. Return air vent in living room was covered with dust. Chairs to kitchen table were not assembled properly so backs came off two of them when we sat down for breakfast. Very dangerous. All walls paint was very scuffed up so place looked very untidy. Ice maker not functioning nor was water dispenser on outside door of frig. Discovered there was no water line connected. Since we couldn’t use garage first night, we had to walk around side of building to get to front door and path lighting was very poor. Garage door did get fixed next day and all guest reported there beds were comfortable. Carpet appeared new as did appliances. Nice coffee maker.

  Parking was fine. House was not clean until after check in time. Walls scuffed. Some baseboards falling off. No cutting board in kitchen. Otherwise, comfortable beds, plumbing worked well and we were able to control AC and heating to our liking. The AC or upstairs guest bath were causing a leak in garage ceiling that dripped on rental car. Garage was messy and no recycling was provided.

• Wonderful Stay!

  This property was amazing! It looked exactly as it was advertised! Had everything that we needed and more to make our stay feel homey! The garage was great to park in each night! Great to have the washer and dryer on site to use as needed! Very clean, spacious for our family of 5 (2 adults, 16yr old, 14 yr and 9 yr)! We loved that we all had more than enough room to ourselves and the open floor concept within the kitchen and living room area was great for us as well.

  Location was great! Quiet area and not much traffic at all.

  Owner was responsive on minor questions we had regarding wi fi password needed and graciously giving us a late check out! Overall, a wonderful stay and we plan to book again!
