4/5 Riverfront Libertyville Retreat w/ Outdoor KitchenMy adult kids and I stayed over Christmas and in spite of a few issues, our stay was overall fine. It was nice that we were able to check in a couple hours earlier. Upon arrival, my kids noticed that the bed sheets on the beds were still damp. When I went to put them in the dryer, I discovered the lint drawer looked like it had not been changed for months -- 2 inches of mildewy lint. I then checked the folded towels and noticed they were all damp. I cleaned and disinfected the lint drawer and proceeded to dry everything that was damp. I informed Coco to make sure the cleaners don't let this happen. The other issue was the 1st night we arrived, we discovered the TV was locked and even though Coco was very responsive, the issue wasn't fixed until the next afternoon, disappointing to my son who is an avid football fan and there were important games on that night that he ended up having to watch on his iphone. Coco was very nice & responsive, and most importantly, the issues were fixed (because Coco stayed on top of it) and we were able to watch other games and movies together over the holidays.In spite of the above issues, the sp In spite of the above issues, the space is large, open and warm. The radiant floors were nice. We were able to spread out and felt comfortable. And, Coco was very very responsive and attentive which made a huge difference!

5/5 Our Host Was wonderful! Responsive, thoughtful, professional. The house is amazing... Walk in and be wowwed!! Roomy yet cozy with enough beds for a crowd- 8 of us for me son's Navy graduation ---Fun amenities, loft for hanging, stunning back patio with view of the river, fire pit, crazy awesome outdoor kitchen with gas grill AND "green egg" charcoal grill. Really just the perfect place short drive to navy base, entertainment, fun
