• Worst rental experience I have ever had. Absolutely horrible, I feel robbed.

  This property is not maintained. The "flower beds" are over grown with weeds, grape vines, and even volunteer trees. There is such a potent reek of Sulphur, that when any water source was utilized the entire area smelled like rotten eggs or sewage. Taking a shower was unbearable, yet when there are no other options you are forced to use it. There was so much sediment and particulate in the water that you felt dirty and gritty afterwards. There are multiple cosmetic issues in the various living areas, from hanging recessed light fixtures to broken tiles and cracks in the walls. The jacuzzi tub in the master suite does not work 'the jets will not turn on'. The various listed entertainment "pool table and air hockey" were unusable. The pool ques had no tips, the air hockey had no puck and no way to safely plug it in. None of the televisions worked so don't try to watch the news or anything else for that matter. There is a projector hanging in the lower level that is completely unfinished and if you do not pay attention you may be snagged by the wires. I am so disappointed this place isn't worth fifty dollars a night let alone seven hundred plus.

  - The jacuzzi tub may have been affected by a tripped breaker, and both TVs will be rechecked to ensure they’re functioning properly for future guests.
  - Landscaping is professionally maintained, but the owner has asked the service to address any seasonal weeds that may have appeared.
  - No cracks in the flooring or walls were previously noted, but the owner is having their team inspect everything to ensure the home stays in top shape.

  The place was gorgeous and the property manager was amazing. Lots of space and great location. Everyone had room to move. We all had a great time. Thank you very much.

  This property was great for our needs. We were in town for my son’s graduation. We expected at one point to have nine people staying there. This was much better and more affordable than several hotel rooms.
